Even before I got to see Dr. Cooper, his staff was wonderful. Briana was just so welcoming, pleasant, and helpful. Dr. Cooper was friendly, knowledgeable, and comforting as he explained the hip replacement process. He answered all my questions, and I was happy to schedule my surgery. Shaina, who handled the surgery schedule was beyond helpful, taking care of ALL details. The only thing I had to do was schedule a pre-op exam with my PCP. All the other arrangements---and there are many, from PT, to equipment, to the actual scheduling she cheerfully took on and made the process easy. Surgery next month, and I can't wait!

Terrific experience! I went in for shoulder pain (tennis injury) and was in and out with X-rays, a diagnosis, a steroid injection, and a prescription for PT in under an hour. Thank you, Dr. Cooper!
